[Feature Request] Multiple Toolbar - Separate Toolbar from Words Suggestion Option.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, right now with the toolbar and word suggestion, you can only use one or the other on display.
With version HeliBoard 2, you can Pin, but this will reduce the available space for Word Suggestion.

Describe the solution you'd like
The option to separate Toolbar and Words suggestion into 2 bar instead of sharing a single bar.

Use case
Use Case:

1. You no longer have to keep changing back and forth between toolbar and suggestion
2. More screen estate if you have a longer vertical phone.
3. Less click require as there is no need to switch between function toolbar usage and writing/typing usage.
4. More visibility of word suggestions, perhaps even allow space for 4 words instead of the current 3 suggestion.

Describe alternatives you've considered (if any)
Not sure. Perhaps Replace Numbers Bar with Toolbar?

Enable "auto show toolbar" and "auto hide toolbar" in toolbar settings. This will reduce the number of clicks. The toolbar will switch by itself, which is very convenient.

Currently already using the auto show. Still require clicking numerous time with my use case.
