Extract values from plotExprHeatmap()

Hi,

Thanks for providing a great package and for all the help offered on here.

I was wondering how to extract the values displayed by plotExprHeatmap() in to a csv file i.e. the median scaled expression values for each of the markers for each cluster_id:

plotExprHeatmap(sce2, features = "type", by = "cluster_id", k = "Clusters")
