Launch in Fullscreen Mode?

is there a way to launch the game in fullscreen mode? Every time I set it in the advanced options menu it seems to forget.

Workaround

• Edit starship.cfg.json
• "Fullscreen": {"Enabled": true},

It launches in full screen for me, but the resolution is smaller than 1080, so i tried editing the json, but no luck, when i press f11 and set it to windowed, then enlarge the window, it takes the whole screen, but when again i make it fullscreen, it goes back to being smaller.
when trying to take a screenshot, it exports as normal !

Oh, it is my DPI, i just set the exe to : "Override high DPI scaling behavior" from properties/compatibility tab.
