Describe the bug
我发现当 SideMenuItem 无子项时就无法触发SelectionChanged 绑定的Command。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
当前仓库最新代码，只需要将示例的demo中复制一个子项菜单就可以发现，后端代码无需改变。

下图中的红色菜单无子项就无法触发SelectionChanged 绑定的Command。
