Describe the bug

删除最后一个字符的时候后台获得最新数据

Steps to reproduce the bug

1.输入两个字符
2.删除所有字符
3.最后一个字符无法检测到，后台不为空

Expected behavior

后台应为空

是NoblankRule出了问题。 能不能提供一个自己传bool值和Message的接口去做检查啊

经过再次测试 你们的验证规则确属会拦截属性变更通知，后台无法获得不符合规则的数据
