Should have some runtime-module manager that can reload specific modules, add module instances, remove module instances, and (dis)connect modules.

Example usages:

  • !mod reload foo
  • !mod add foo0 of foo
  • !mod rm foo0
  • !mod connect foo0 to bar0
  • !mod disconnect foo0 from bar0

Syntax subject to change.
