编码不对，不能正常运行 #24

非常感谢作者的贡献。我的环境是wins10，下载下来用winedt打开后汉字是乱码，且运行test文件夹下的test.tex时不能正常运行，烦请指教。

转换一个编码，都用utf-8，乱码一般是gbk的编码。
