Test AccountChannel.onJoin and ServerChannel.onJoin

Actually this won't help much, most of our crashes are due to backend changes, if the backend keeps changing without proper reports then adding unit/integration tests is almost useless because it doesn't catch that.

Implementing end to end testing will help with that.
