Dark mode in web version

I am raising a new issue here because when I attempt to create a "Request a feature" form on the website and select the options Accessibility, Layout, and UI, I only want to request a feature under UI. However, the form requires me to include a feature request for all three sections. My specific request is to add a dark mode option for the web version across all devices.
