when we click on sign up without giving credentials it shows an error message.
The error message continues to be displayed on the homepage even after navigating to other sections.
It does not disappear until we click on dismiss button.

This persistent error message can be confusing for users. It should ideally clear automatically when we navigate to other sections.

P.S: The dismiss button's color appears to be quite transparent.
