通过 API 可以正确下到这些视频。

要不 _get_video_info_from_html() 检测到 res.url 重定向到 https://www.bilibili.com/festival/ 之后， raise 一个 APIError ，交给 _get_video_info_from_api 解析。
还是直接在 _get_video_info_from_html() 里把它给处理了？
