As said before it would be great to know the fraction of papers with HEPData (finished or in progress) per physics group, but that information is probably difficult to obtain. It seems to me that this will require some more interfacing with Inspire. Is that so?
For CMS (e.g. https://inspirehep.net/literature/2814778), the physics group can be accessed from the report number (e.g. CMS-PAS-B2G-22-005), therefore an INSPIRE search query of "r CMS-PAS-B2G-*" should return all B2G papers.

Feedback from Sabine Kraml (@sabinekraml):
For ATLAS (e.g. https://inspirehep.net/literature/1847779), the physics group can be accessed from the URL displayed as "Comments" in the arXiv entry, e.g. http://atlas.web.cern.ch/Atlas/GROUPS/PHYSICS/PAPERS/EXOT-2018-06, therefore an INSPIRE search query of "public_notes.value:Atlas/GROUPS/PHYSICS/PAPERS/EXOT" should return all EXOT papers.
