Gunbot for OKEx Trading Competition based on Gunbot v16.9.9.1

Instructions to setup okex and participate to okex trading competition:
1.- setup a v3 api and a passphrase at okex
2.- use the gui to setup "okex3" exchange with api/secret keys and a passphrase

if you are not using the gui, the correct thing is:

this for exchange name
and these

3.- go to Settings > bot settings > OKEX Trading Competition tab and set up a nickname and AGREED to opt-in
