index.md or profile.jsonの文字コードがShift-JISだった場合にErrorを分る形で吐くようにしてほしいです。
Shift-JISでOGPを流してくるサイトが存在するのでOGPが必ずUTF-8になるようにしてほしいです。

文字化けするサイトは少ないので、?is_sjisフラグを付けることで、Shift-JISをutf-8に変換するようにするのが一番楽な実装だと思われ
