Documentation issue description

The explications about the MultifolderWithCache are a bit light here:
https://grid2op.readthedocs.io/en/latest/chronics.html#grid2op.Chronics.MultifolderWithCache

You could insist on the fact that the following line is always needed with MultifolderWithCache, with or without filter:
env.chronics_handler.reset()
