EMI + JEI installed simultaneously cause gtceu to register multiple instances of its tools to the recipe viewer

2-3 registered in viewer for each tool

Steps to Reproduce

Install greg, emi, jei. Find the tools, and you'll see multiple of each.

Additional Information

The tools probably miss the checks to account for the install of both at the same time that the rest of the items use? It's literally just the tools, all of them.
