MoM
Pindy opens the meeting at Time 1600 (GMT)

Software development and infrastructure planning.
Pindy discusses defining software applications and determining infrastructure needs. Pindy proposes a matrix structure to organize infrastructure decisions based on location and business requirements efficiently. Additionally, Pindy outlines four possible ways to meet environmental regulations in software development: in-house development, outsourcing, purchasing, and IT outsourcing. Furthermore, Christina shares various standards and regulations, such as TCFD and the European Energy Directive, highlighting their impact on data centres and software providers.

Software development and green efficiency.
Pindy discusses the step-by-step guide for developing a data-driven application, which involves gathering requirements, selecting the appropriate architecture, and monitoring the application in production. Additionally, Pindy has shared a template for an OKR board from Miroboard, which visually represents business objectives and critical targets. Pindy also explained the "miracle" project's various components, including the data centre, infrastructure, software application layer, and integration with other projects.

Structuring data for organizational decision-making.
Sean O recommends breaking down OKRs into pillars for better structure and tracking progress. He also suggests using a maturity matrix and roadmap to guide implementation.

Sustainability and technology transformation in an organization.
Sean O and Sean Mcilroy discuss the importance of analysing an organization's current state to achieve transformation and sustainability. Pindy suggests using a maturity matrix to assess the organisation's current state and identify areas for improvement. Starting with a maturity matrix assessment will determine the organisation's current level of maturity and identify areas that need improvement. Adrian's work on the maturity model will be relevant for the organisation, but they may need to consider connectivity pieces such as data, tooling, and dashboarding to make it operational.

Software development framework for a non-profit organization.
Sean O. has suggested utilizing a maturity matrix to evaluate and enhance the software development procedures. Pindy submits that the group develop ideas for a transformative journey to structure their ideation board. This included dividing it into three phases and involving more people in collaboration. Sean O. recommended creating a flowchart and technology timeline to organize the ideas and establish a clear path forward.
