Today there is research work ongoing to get the usage emissions of networking infrastructure. There is investigative data submission for confirmation on this #13

This issue is data request for Embodied emissions that are associated with the setup of the networking infrastructure that need to be pro-rated over 1 hour period.

For this to be practical I think it has to be a per GB number not per time to work with the use phase numbers in here: #13

Also let's not get too far down the rabbit hole here, any number that we think is in the ball park is enough at the moment - we can always improve over time.
