Could you share what the exam project would entail? How would it fit with Principles & Patterns? I agree that having one chair managing three projects would be too much. |

If three projects are being managed by one team, could it also be that the projects aren't separate? I worry if everyone is a lead, then no one is doing; if I look at how the Standards WG operates, that seems pretty collegiate and like most of the work is compelted in the WG call. |

@camcash17 is suggesting another new project to be managed by the principles & patterns team. If accepted that would make 3 projects managed by one team. Which strongly indicates Principles & Patterns isn't a project, it's a Working Group which runs 3 projects and each of those project should have it's own project leads.
We discussed this on the run up to COP but the team was super busy getting ready for that so we just pushed the conversation to later, I propose we take a look at it now.
