Create generators adjustments to be balance

Also keep in mind certain recipes (like tiered machines) should be in Greate itself, not the kubejs scripts. I'd like to make default recipes for them, then if we deem them to be too easy, we can then update them with the kubejs scripts.

I thought they will just remain default, with changed su generated etc
