Graylog-collector-sidecar.exe missing Version Attributes

Currently the Graylog-collector-sidecar.exe has almost no file attributes on it:

This means with tools such as SCCM as we have to rely on testing the registry to get the installed version - sometimes with non-MSI installers it's good to test the installed exe version too.

Ideally if these version numbers could be included in future releases this would be really handy.

Bonus points aswell if we could get an actual MSI file as this makes managing installs on Windows soooo much easier.
