green oval on lockscreen

There's a green oval that appeared on my owner profile lockscreen.

it only appears sometimes, have not noticed a pattern to it. It disappeared for a bit after a reboot and then came back. Pressing it doesn't do anything.It is green, which doesn't match the theme of my owner profile, but does match the theme of my secondary profile. Also, when it's on the lockscreen and I pull up the keyboard to type in my password, the keyboard is also green.
I am currently on build 2024120900 (p7a) but it first appeared shortly after updating to 2024120700

Weird. Maybe it's a broken "Emergency" button? What color is the "Emergency" button for you (swipe up on the lockscreen)?

Emergency button is pink.

Also, the keyboard is no longer green though the oval is still there

Having same issue, nothing major, it disappears after some minutes when phone is locked.
