Battery Manager shows incorrect restriction time #4483

  1. Enable Settings > Battery > Battery Manager > Use Battery Manager
  2. Install an app
  3. Disable Settings > Apps > APP > App battery usage > Allow background usage
  4. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Manager > Restricted apps

Under the app, it will say Restricted XX days ago. This value is not correct for me.

Also, the apps there have no sorting whatsoever.
