node styles assigned by "interactions" or editor are overridden by clustering styles which are assigned programmatically... #296

This needs to be dealt with in larger context of how svg or webgl renders are applying styles to elements of of the Node class/model.... cc @mdcox

moving to 0.3 release as we assign styles programatically...
