Closing for now, "draft" iteration of this is complete.

However, in 0.3 all graph styling will become completely programmatic, assign styles to the SVG through the API. The css will affect only the control dash, and non SVG components...

Let's ticket aspects of the 'alchemy-white.css' theme that are bugs ASAP for the 0.2.1 release if they effect the control dash or non svg elements. Feel free to ticket issues with the alchemy-white svg styles to the 0.3 release
