[Feature Request] Store Metadata of raw Files in Sidecar Files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Metadata are written in the NEF, but this should be in a sidecar file *.XMP file (maybe to enable the 0.1 % of users that want to save it in the RAW file, there could be an option file where this can be set, but the default should be to save in a separate *.XMP file)

Standard store metadata of raw files into a sidecar file. Option in the menu to store it directyl into the images.
