We should probably have a method that just takes a timestamp and applies it to all the files, e.g.:

JibContainerBuilder#setFileCreationTime(Instant creationTime)

as well as method that takes a function that can be used to calculate the timestamp on a per-file basis:

JibContainerBuilder#setFileCreationTime(Function<Path, Instant> creationTime)
