[Android] Instruction Step screen is not getting displayed in the following scenario

Pre-condition: Create a Questionnaire in the SB where instruction step should be at the last question

Steps:

1. Sign in / Sign up
2. Enroll to the study
3. Click on the created activity
4. Complete the activity
5. Click on mobile back button and Verify

AR: Instruction Step screen is not getting displayed in the following scenario
ER: Instruction Step screen should get displayed in the following scenario

Note:- Issue will be applicable for instruction steps anywhere on the Questionnarie and not only limited to be the last step.
