The nodejs builder is broken using Yarn

Hello everyone!

I want to point out that the nodejs builder is not currently working as expected using yarn

I think this issue describes the problem clearly.

Summary

The package.json's build script never runs, even using the GOOGLE_NODE_RUN_SCRIPTS env variable.

The only current way to make it build is using the gcp-build package.json's script, but it isn't something I can use in my project.

Could anyone help with this?
