I'd like the URL of this to be https://web.dev/interop-2022-preview, saving https://web.dev/interop-2022 for an announcement of the final thing, with metrics and all, similar to https://web.dev/compat2021/.

This won't be published on Dec 17, let's hold off on public comms about Interop 2022, see web-platform-tests/interop#40.
