Request: Only show iLvl on equippable items (possible dupe of #36)

Trying this add-on for the first time and I'd like to limit it to equippable items (gear, basically); did a bit of poking around in code and commenting out line 106 in ItemLevel.lua (--message = level) seems to accomplish this so I'm okay for now but could you please add a toggle for this in the options that will do the equivalent of this behaviour? Looks like there are regular updates and I want to be able to take advantage of new versions without having to make this manual change every time, thanks!
