I need to investigate this more fully, but we may need to keep the TZ column, wqp now can export data all in UTC which is great, but what do they do for the large chunks of data where the local TZ is not ever reported? We fixed this with a spatial join to TZ and assumed time was recorded likely. Unclear if these two approaches can be combined
