The wallpaper disappears when I click the left mouse button

I tried many parameters but none of them helped

i use arch with kde plasma on wayland

Since you're using KDE Plasma, you might have some luck with mpvpaper '*' -l bottom -o "no-audio --loop-file=yes" /home/andenl/Videos/video.mp4 I used a fairly similar command to get it working myself.
