getting low fps and systems starts to get slow done

I am getting very low fps and my system starts to hang
i have enabled gpu in mpv config
here are my pc specs
i5-12th gen
16gb ddr4
rtx2050 4gb vram
here the command i am using
mpvpaper -o "--loop" '*' [file path.mp4]
