Scoreboard Doesn't work after switching servers on proxy

Describe the bug
The Scoreboard works on the hub but when i switch servers it only shows the title of the scoreboard and says this in the geyser console

[02:40:10 INFO] Ignoring team KB4. It overrides without removing old team.

[02:40:10 INFO] Ignoring team KB6. It overrides without removing old team.
[02:40:10 INFO] Ignoring team KB7. It overrides without removing old team.
[02:40:10 INFO] Ignoring team KB8. It overrides without removing old team.
[02:40:10 INFO] Ignoring team KB9. It overrides without removing old team.
[02:40:10 INFO] Ignoring team KB10. It overrides without removing old team.
When I switch back to the hub from a server i also sometimes get [02:37:37 ERROR] Error while translating Team Packet UPDATE! Scoreboard Team 0017*LilacGnomeA is not registered. and the scoreboard is then broken on the hub too and to fix that players have to rejoin to get the scoreboard back on the hub.
To Reproduce

Join Server via geyser
scoreboard is there
switch to kitpvp
scoreboard only shows the title of the kitpvp scoreboard and throws error in geyser
switch back to hub
same issue scoreboard only shows the title of the hub scoreboard and throws error in geyser
rejoin the server to get scoreboard back on only the hub server (default server)
Expected behavior
scoreboard teams are removed

I am using floodgate on the velocity proxy
