Cancelled events still appear in ics #291

I've canceled an event for today, but it appears to still be in the calendar feed (ics) for our group.

Either the event should have a status of "CANCELLED", or the event should be removed from the ics for the group.

It looks like icalendar supports STATUS so this might be an option for showing an event is canceled.
