Windows10 Snap windows fail to work with scrcpy v1.18 #2498

Because of new change "Center the window on resize-to-fit (#2387)", snap windows unable to take scrcpy to correct location after remove black borders. Maybe new keyboard shortcut is needed to keep this default feature.
