No console + Windows 10 + Shortcut = Similar to launching app or game

As of now, I unable to create windows shorcut. Please make it with windows shortcut, so it is easy to use from talk bar icon as other windows app. Thanks :0

right-click scrcpy-noconsole.vbs -> send to -> Desktop (create shortcut)

There is some kind of problem: my shortcuts stopped working after upgrade (1.16>1.17) today. I have used nonconsole till now. When I corrected my shortcuts to .vbs extension also scrpy does not start. Tried to launch my shortcut with cmd window to catch some log, but nothing was printed. The console.bat didn't work either. Then figured out as I have to add scrcpy path to PATH environment variable what is inconvenience comparing to previous release. Unfortunately PATH didn't fix noncosole.vbs
Still don't know what's wrong.
