scrcpy v. 1.13 and v. 1.12.1 even v. 1.10 didnt work on my realme 3 pro

i already see the #921 , i tried everything there, from copying the new scrcpy-server.jar (yes, the second one), disabling dark mode, even restarting and reinstalling over and over again, and it failed. the cmd always shows this :

what does that mean?

already tried it, doesnt work either. (tbh, i didnt find any usb driver update that worked, the windows just reject it)
edit : yep, i think the adb interface need update but there's no update for realme 3 pro (as of my 60 minutes surfing)
