There are no basic settings in my templates administrator

On the website #218 I found a forum post with exactly the same problem I have. I really hope anybody can help me find a solution to this problem and can help me out, I would really appreciate if someone can take a look for me:

I'm trying to configure my Gavern 3 template but when i select 'basic settings' tab, there's nothing, no options. The rest of the tabs (Layouts, fonts, etc.) seems to work fine. There's something i missed?

As I wrote in the mentioned issue

so I've moved the content of media/system/js/mootools-more.js to media/system/js/mootools-core.js and now it seems that all is working.

eg moved the content of media/system/js/mootools-more.js to media/system/js/mootools-core.js No luck
