Permission toggle next to post (see prototype UI)

Toggle switch decides if a user's post is only for themselves and staff or for all teachers. Global or private.

If this can be done in way that can be easily transfered to Angular later on, that would avoid redoing it. So utilize an onclick function on the toggle to trigger Jquery. Then when added to angular will just trigger angular function.
