功能描述
视频过滤，新增屏蔽标题不含关键词视频的功能，可以设置一个按钮或其他形式。

需要理由
抖音总是会推荐各种各样的视频，添加的关键词已经超过一千个字符了，且貌似由于过多导致部分关键词没有屏蔽
