dart sdk版本>=2.1.0<3.0.0 才能运行吗？ #23

拉取代码后，提示dart sdk版本>=2.1.0<3.0.0 才行，我在vscode运行失败了，是需要 flutter工具包的版本在 >=2.1.0<3.0.0 范围吗？？
