[Bug] CPU harvesting C5 BB plots results in significant late partials to pool #17

Setup:
small farm with 335 C5 BB compressed plots
Built dg_fast_farmer from source and configured with local running node
CPU is Intel i5-3570S

Pooling to spacepool.

When running the normal chia stack I have 100% success and never any late partials.

I was testing dg_fast_farmer and over the last 24 hours, I have been getting 18% late partials according to spacepool.
