Description

Users of this template are unable to consume it within Visual Studio as there is not VISX for this template. They currently have to consume this template within the dotnet new command line experience. This is sub-optimal.

Possible Solutions

Create a VISX for this template using the one available for Mads Kristensen's AspNetCoreTemplatePack as a template to build from.
