Describe the bug

Dispensers face the wrong way after pasting

To Reproduce

  1. //copy a TNT cannon, or anything, that utilizes dispensers.
  2. //paste it at a new location.
  3. Notice that some dispensers have changed their orientation.

Expected behavior

Dispensers should maintain their orientation.

Versions

Not specific to this fork, exists on all 1.7.10 worldedit releases, from 5.X (Bukkit) to 6.X (Forge)... would be nice to see the bug fixed on 1.7.10
