If a Caregiver has signed the Media Release Form, this checkbox should appear when uploading a baby photo. It should be checked by default but Caregivers could uncheck it. If it is checked it sets the mediaRelease field in the image to true and false to otherwise. Currently there are known issues with image uploads that may or may not be fixed by the time you start working on this ticket, just try to ignore them/work around them for now 😅

On the Admin side, if a photo does not have Media Release so mediaRelease=false or if the mediaRelease field is not on the photo, it should show a red exclamation point icon and tooltip. Currently if a Caregiver has not signed the Media Release form every photo will have this exclamation on the Admin side, this will be changed in the future.
