Description

Change the background and banner blue color to "112f42, USWDS Token 'blue-80v'

Row 2 teal colors are for buttons
First teal/box is for default of button
Second teal/box is for hover of button
Third teal is the default outline

FFFFFF white is used for background of forms and background of accordion cards as well
F0F0F0 Grey color is for the default accordion in results
F0F0F0 will be used for the lines inside of the key eligibility criteria section in the active expanded accordion.
C9C9C9 will be used for hover state of accordion, active state
1B1B1B black is for all text

Green is for all the check marks

This 1A4480 blue will be used for all links

Pink f4e3db is for the error banner

Red c61f0c is for the vertical line, outline of the fields, and error text.
