Use Case Description

The response parameter @changesetId used for elements extraction and contributions extraction can lead to misinterpretations since it refers to changesets regarding OSM entities as well as to changesets regarding contributions.

Request Description

As stated in #199, a possible solution could be to use @changesetId as the parameter for changesets of OSM entities (i.e. the "major" version's changeset id) and @contributionChangesetId for contributions (i.e. the "minor" version's changeset id).
