Arc4u should follow the decided git branching strategy

Hello,

I strongly disagree on that one.
Arc4u is an open source project, while Guidance is not.
It's up to the author of the project to decide however he wants to do.

From that perspective, it does not matter if that person follows or not the rules established at his work.
